Web Accessibility

Last Updated: December 15 2021

This Web Accessibility Statement (“Statement”) describes the accessibility commitment of 3Q Digital Holdings, Inc. and our subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “3Q,” “we,” “us” or “our”) in connection with the 3qdigital.com website and any other website or mobile application that we own or control and which posts or links to this page.

Our Commitment

In keeping with 3Q’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, we aim to make information on our website available to the broadest possible audience. This Statement discusses accessibility standards and features to ensure access to our content, regardless of an individual’s physical or developmental abilities. We are committed to providing a website that is accessible to individuals with disabilities and improving the user experience for everyone.

We have made our best efforts to comply with the recommendations and 3Q and technical requirements of Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 (“the Standards”), as published by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). However, even though 3Q Digital works diligently to make this site accessible to users, we cannot guarantee that every page conforms to WCAG 2.0 Level AA.

Included Accessibility Features

Our site includes the following accessibility features:

  • Site Structure: We use appropriate headings, lists, paragraphs, and other formatting features so that you can navigate our site with assistive technology.
  • Text Equivalents: People who either can’t see images or hear audio may need some form of a text equivalent to understand our content. We’re working to ensure all of our images and multimedia are fully accessible through alternative text, audio descriptions, captions, and transcripts.
  • Full Keyboard Access: Our site can be accessed using a keyboard

Standards Compliance

  • All static pages follow priorities 1 and 2 guidelines of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
  • All static pages validate as HTML5.
  • All static pages use structured semantic markup. H1 tags are used for main titles, H2 and H3 tags as section headers.

Known Accessibility Issues

We are diligently working to resolve the following issues. In the meantime, if you have any difficulty, please contact us so we may send you the information in a format that works best for you.

  • Images added to the site prior to May 2021 may lack alternative text. We are working to update older image files to correct this.
  • Video materials added to the site prior to January 2022 may lack text equivalents. We are working to update these materials.

Third-Party Websites and Applications

Though we make good faith efforts to work with third-party products and/or services that meet or exceed our accessibility commitment, some third-party tools may fail to conform to the Standards. Due to this, some third-party content may only achieve partial conformance. 3Q Digital’s website does utilize plugins and other technologies hosted by third parties and we do not make accessibility claims regarding the content controlled by third parties, nor are we able to make accommodations with the following content.

  • Pardot: Hosts the majority of our forms
  • Jobvite: Hosts our careers listings

Addressing Accessibility Concerns

If you are having difficulty getting the information you need or would like to report any issues, questions, or concerns, please contact our Web Accessibility Coordinator so that we can offer you assistance. Please include the URL (web address) of the material you tried to access, details on the problem you experienced, and your contact information.
