Social commerce is an initiative that many brands around the world have already implemented within their broader marketing strategy. They have been seeing some success with it, and investments into this area are expected to increase in the coming years.
However, we’re still in the very early stages of social commerce. There’s still quite a bit the digital marketing industry at large still needs to learn and understand to effectively leverage it.
